For order-related questions

When you contact us about an order, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. For a delivery question, include the destination and any tracking information available in your order message. Please do not send full payment card numbers or passwords by email or phone.

If an item arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us with a short description and clear photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the information and advise on the next steps.

For product and pre-purchase questions

Send the product name or page link and tell us which detail you would like clarified, such as dimensions, included components, options or use. The product listing is the current reference for available variants, displayed images and listed price.

If a detail is not shown clearly, ask before placing an order and we will check the information available to our team.
